Cancellation policy
  • Every individual reserve (up to 4 pax) must be canceled up to 10 days prior to arrival; otherwise the hotel will proceed to the reconfirmation of it automatically without notice.
  • In case of cancellation or reduction of a reconfirmed reservation, the guest will be charged 100% of the first night (no show).
  • If an individual or group reservation that was confirmed by more than 01 night does not arrive on the scheduled date, they will be charged with the No Show tariff for the first night (including 18% VAT).
  • Any cancellation must have a written response from our compliance, otherwise is invalid.
Penalties and refunds
  • Cancellation or Reduction of groups: 40 days prior to the arrival of pax, no penalty will be charged. Outside this period it will be charged as penalty 1st. night.
  • In the case of transfers and pre-paid food, no penalty will be charged if notified at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise 100% of the service (including 18% VAT) will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation of pre-paid accommodation bookings and / or services (transportation, food, etc.): refunds do not proceed, leaving the amount deposited to be applied to future bookings.
